By participating in the Fifth Third OPEN artwork submission process, you agree that any submission you make may be used by Fifth Third Bank, National Association and/or its subsidiaries or affiliates ("Fifth Third"). You also understand and agree that: (a) Your submission may become viewable to the public on various social media websites, on Fifth Third’s website, or elsewhere, and that you’re giving Fifth Third Bank permission to use your submitted content forever, and in any medium; (b) Your name and/or handle, username, and user photo may be published along with the submitted content, if Fifth Third publishes it; (c) You will receive no payment for allowing Fifth Third to share your submitted content, or for anything related to your submitted content; (d) Fifth Third may choose not to share or display your submitted content, even if you agree to these Terms and Conditions; and (e) Your submitted content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

You also agree to indemnify and hold Fifth Third harmless for any claims, damages, losses, and causes of action arising because of your submitted content, or your violation or claimed violation of any law or third-party rights. Finally, you agree that all issues and questions concerning these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of you and Fifth Third Bank, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules which could cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Ohio.
